The American Conservative Student Union is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-religious organization. We seek to provide conservative students at Florida International University with an avenue by which their point of view is advocated. We also seek to mold conservative students into conservative leaders, thus empowering them to achieve their goals both inside and outside the realm of politics.
Currently, there is no permanent conservative voice at Florida International University. Instead, we have liberal professors telling students what they believe conservatives stand for. The result is a misrepresentation of history, law, and the conservative position. The mere mention of the name Ronald Reagan conjures up a condescending laughter.
What we need are conservatives presenting their own positions to the students of Florida International University. The American Conservative Student Union will do just that! However, we need the support of conservative students.
